When I first saw this theme I started thinking about which attraction I would highlight. After going through some photos, I decided that rather than featuring an attraction, I would show some of the less documented sights in the park itself.

I love all your shots!! You know, I didn't notice that Pluto on the roof until recently! To me, Disney is all about the little details - it makes going back again and again so much fun - there is no way that I'll ever see it all!
ReplyDeleteA few years ago, I decided to spend a lot more time paying attention to the small details that most people see, but don't see. (You may enjoy the "Where is WDW?" feature that runs here on Wednesdays as well.)
DeleteGreat shots of all the details at Hollywood Studios! I have never seen the barrel of monkey guys - where are they located?
ReplyDeleteThey are in front of the Toy Story: Midway Mania attraction, as is the Speak and Spell in the photo before them.
DeleteAll great shots! I love strolling and photographing DHS. There's so much to see!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your Studio shots with us and for linking up to the Disney Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
One of the things that sets a Disney park aside from the others are the details - you can always see something that you have never seen before. :-)
DeleteWow what a great batch of shots! Love all the great detail. But it will always be MGM to me :)
ReplyDeleteYeah - we sometimes make that slip as well, but even then we mostly called it "The Studios" so it isn't too bad. LOL!
DeleteI agree that Disney is all about the details! It's that extra thought and care that makes me want ot go back. As always, fantastic shots!!
ReplyDeleteI will be hosting a Cookie Recipe Blog Hop on my site next Tuesday and would love for you to join in! I bet you have some tempting cookie pictures in your bag :)
Have a great week!
It is truly amazing what you can notice when you make an effort to actually look at the details that people usually don't see.
DeleteHollywoodland! What a terrific stroll through Hollywood Studios.
ReplyDeleteCan you tell me where (at least) 2 other sights of the Hollywood sign as it originally stood can be seen? (Answer: The Hollywood & Vine restaurant and the load/unload area of The Great Movie Ride)
DeleteGreat photos. Really makes me wish I was there :)
ReplyDeleteTime to get back? ;-)
DeleteNice collection - that was a fun mini-tour! Thanks :)
ReplyDeleteAwesome pics, Mark. That is one thing I plan on doing taking my time and not rushing through and noticing all the details..of Disney
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures, Mark! I love all these little details and had been missing out on a lot of them until we did the D23 Scavenger Hunt before Destination D last year. Especially love that Hollywoodland sign :)
